Is there a Version of TortoiseSVN for older OS (95/98/ME/NT)?
Version 1.1.7 of TortoiseSVN has been released a while ago. It is the last version that supports Windows 95/98/NT. Beginning with TortoiseSVN 1.2.0 only Windows 2000, Windows XP and later will be supported

- Installer (Windows 95 / 98): TortoiseSVN-1.1.7-MBCS_svn-1.1.4.msi
- Language packs: Download page.
- Special version for VS.Net: (We provide NO support for this!) uses _svn folders instead of .svn to work around the VS.NET bug with web projects. If you don't use web projects then please use the official version. Note: working copies created by this version are incompatible with other Subversion clients!: TortoiseSVN-1.1.7.3255-UNICODE-VS.NET-ASP.NET-svn-1.1.4.msi
