However, as we explained, your desire to take donations through PayPal=20
for personal cause is one case that causes issues for PayPal because=20
PayPal Pte Ltd, the Singaporean company you contracted with for your=20
PayPal account, is unable to process donation transactions for=20
non-registered charities and non-profit organizations (NPOs), political=20
party/organizations, religious institutions, personal/organizational=20
fundraisers, etc in countries under its jurisdiction due to legal and=20
regulatory constraints. This policy and approach applies to all=20
customers in all countries which contract online with PayPal Pte Ltd. It
is not specific to you, your organization/business or your country.=20
Therefore, I am sorry we are unable to restore your account. Your PayPal
account will remain its current status.

If you would like to use PayPal for selling goods or providing services=20
instead of receiving donations for personal cause, you are recommended=20
to register a new PayPal account with a different email address. Please=20
note creating a new PayPal account for the same purpose is strictly=20
prohibited by PayPal Policy under PayPal Pte Ltd.

Your PayPal balance can be handled in one of two ways:

1. Your remaining account balance can be used to refund the senders. You
can refund payments received in 60 days by yourself. For the payments=20
received older than 60 days, please send us email at apacdd@paypal.com=20
with a list of senders you would like to refund. Include the email=20
address, date, amount of the transaction and transaction ID.

OR

2. Your remaining account balance will be held for 180 days from the=20
date the limitation was originally placed on the account. After 180=20
days, you will be notified via email with information on how to receive=20
your remaining funds.

We highly appreciate your understanding and sincerely apologize for any=20
inconvenience this may have caused.
